Food and table culture magazine
Leziz was launched in March 2006 to meet the need for a culinary and food culture magazine supportive of our rapidly-changing social life in rapidly-transforming Turkey.
We have a great cultural heritage in this area: Turkish cuisine.
Leziz provides its readers with unique tastes of the traditional Turkish cuisine. It gives information on the modern presentation of Turkish cuisine as well as forgotten recipes.
Leziz introduces experts' suggestions on setting tables and presentation of meals. It tries to exemplify modern manners apart from what we know about eating in general.
As an informative, up-to-date, modern, expert, reliable, reasonably-priced, well-cultured, and easy-to-understand magazine, Leziz has got various sections such as guaranteed-to-be-delicious recipes, set menus, party tips, fast food, family food, Anatolian cuisine, world cuisines by travelers, this month's fruit and vegetable, wine conversations, how to drink raki, desserts, smart kitchens and technology, home appliances, and a guide of what to find and where to find it. Leziz claims to be the smartest, most entertaining, and informative food culture magazine. It guides readers throughout the process of shopping, cooking, and presenting meals. It is a primary source of knowledge on food and cuisine culture, and guides readers to use their time wisely, and have a good time doing so.
